You have access to an underground secure parking bay on the same level as the apartment. You also have access to the rooftop parking right outside the building for guests. Your access card/tag will give you access to the One and Only gate as well as the pedestrian gates at the Marina Entrances.You will also use your card/tag to get into the Gym and Pool area.

Other things to note
There is a paddleboard and canoe available for your stay.It will cost an additional R1'000.00 and should be requested before your arrival; you will then need to go into the HOA Office at the Gym to sign an indemnity form before you make use of the Canal.You will be provided paddles; if you lose them or they go missing, you will be charged to replace them.
Any damage to the canoe or paddleboard will result in a replacement fee for your account.
There are 5 pools and a gym in the Marina.
