Short Term Rental Management has long been requested by our clients and we are now officially launching our Short Term/Holiday rental management service after a successful test run with a few properties.
Post Covid, Cape Town has seen an influx of foreign visitors returning to our shores this past summer and we project an increase year on year for the foreseeable future with new international flights being added making Cape Town an increasingly more reachable and sought after destination.
