Some notable changes from Q1 to Q3 2023:
Atlantic Seaboard:
- Sales increased by 43%
- Variance between Listing Price and Sale Price increased from 9,3% to 11,3% for Full Title homes
- Variance between Listing Price and Sale Price decreased from 8,7% to 7,9% for Sectional Title
City Bowl
- Sales increased by 26%
- Average number of days on the market for Full Title homes dropped from 125 days to 95 days.
- Sectional Title remains averaging around 150 days on the market.
