Milnerton is one of the oldest residential suburbs along the Table Bay coast and is located 11km north of Cape Town City Centre. 

Known for its older, bigger homes on large plots and tree lined streets.
Milnerton boasts great views out towards the coast and Table Mountain.  With an increase in traffic into town over the years, Milnerton has proven to be a sought after area due to its closer proximity to town then some of the areas further up the West Coast.
