Three Anchor Bay
Three Anchor Bay is easily overlooked by visitors because of the apparent seamless fusion of Green Point into Sea Point and lies in fact right where the two suburbs meet, just 10 minutes from the city centre of Cape Town.
The beautiful upmarket suburb lies on the slopes of Signal Hill with Lions Head standing proud in the distance and is popular for its little beach and wide open grass lawns with outdoor gym and the promenade.
The little beach with its beautiful rock pools attracts sea kayakers that depart from Three Anchor Bay in the direction of Clifton.

The newly opened Sea Point Galleria shopping centre is located in Sea Points Main Road with a wide assortment of niche stores and restaurants however you will find almost everything imaginable along the stretch of Sea Points Main Road.
The V&A Waterfront is just 10 minutes away, offering everything from boutiques and supermarkets to speciality stores
Schools:
Camps Bay Primary School and High School are 10 minutes down the road in the direction of Camps Bay. Reddam House, a popular private school is also situated 5 min away in Green Point. The University Graduate school of business is close by as well and primary schools such as Ellerton and Sea Point Primary and Sea Point High School.
Healthcare:
The Sea Point Medical Centre, Cape Town Mediclinic and New Somerset Hospital offer a range of specialised treatments.
There are also many different practices from GPs to Chiropractors all along Sea Points Main Road.
Beaches:
Three Anchor Bays little beach is very popular as a launching pad for kayakers. If you do not have a kayak of your own, you can rent one from the store across the road next to the petrol station.

The Sea Point Promenade is one of the most visited areas on the Atlantic Seaboard and offers outdoor activities from kids areas to outdoor gyms and open grass areas.

If exercising is not your thing, enjoy any one of the little beaches you will find along the promenade.
The MyCiTi Bus connects the area to the rest of Cape Town and Camps Bay and Cape Town International Airport is 30 minutes away.
